Meghan Markle and Prince Harry moved to Los Angeles (USA) despite previously affirming that they would settle in Canada. The couple said that they did not need the US government to pay for their security but would take care of it themselves with their own money.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry currently live in an $18 million mansion owned by actor and media mogul Tyler Perry in the gated community of Beverly Ridge Estate.
Although temporary, the property is incredibly grand and has been described as “fit for royalty.” The eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom, pool-filled mansion was built in a classic style to Tyler Perry’s liking after he purchased the 20-acre property in 2004.
Before moving in, Prince Harry upgraded security by installing a 3m high fence around the villa. However, recently his family has been disturbed by drones, forcing them to urgently hire more bodyguards. The office is equipped with a large desk, leather chairs and wood-paneled walls.
The villa is designed with high ceilings with beige wall paint, combined with wooden floors and patterned carpets. The extremely spacious living room is equipped by Tyler Perry with a grand piano, sofas and other luxurious furniture. Tyler Perry also uses a lot of marble and crystal chandeliers to add luxury to his villa.
The bathroom is inspired by ancient Roman architecture with a modern jacuzzi bathtub to help the homeowner relax after a stressful day at work.
The room for Tyler Perry’s son Aman has now become Archie’s room. Unlike the overall design of the villa, the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s room is decorated in a very soothing white and blue tone. It seems that Meghan Markle and her husband do not need to buy anything else because they already have a crib.
