This waterfront vacation home is located in Coalmont Tennessee. The 460-square foot tiny home can house up to four guests and has 1 bedroom, 1 bed and 1 bathroom. The Coalmont is an 2.5-acre private waterfront getaway on top of the South Cumberland Mountains in Tennessee, between Nashville & Chattanooga. Amenities include a hot tub, lawn game, large decks to gather, a zip line, a firepit, and beautiful scenery. This is a great retreat for couples who want a romantic getaway or families who want to reconnect and unplug.

The owners spent over two years renovating an old fishing lodge that was located on a beautiful wooded waterfront parcel of land between Nashville, Tennessee and Chattanooga, Tennessee. It’s their family’s getaway, and they enjoy sharing it with others. The tiny home has been designed with every inch of space in mind, both inside and out. No expense has been spared for those who want to disconnect and reconnect with their loved ones, or simply spend quiet time alone.

This 460 square foot space was designed to accommodate a family of four, including the loft area for the owner’s sons. It is the ideal size for 2-4 people with the queen-sized bedroom bed and two twin floor mattresses in loft. The large glass doors lead you from the deck area with its dining table, sofa and fire pit into the main living room. There is a bar with seating for four, a fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space and a living area with a sofa and swivel chair to enjoy the wood stove. The hallway leads to the bathroom, which has a rain shower head and a walk-in bathtub. It also leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and a Tuft and Needles mattress.

You can access the hot-tub deck from your bedroom. It is a 7-person, salt-water, hydrotherapy, deluxe spa that you can self-sanitize. You’ll also enjoy dimmable lighting in the cabin, 4 different ways to make coffee in the kitchen, Wifi via mobile hotspot and ample outdoor parking. There are also extra toiletries and robes for the bedroom in case you forget anything. The tiny house has many outdoor amenities, including a large deck for gatherings, eating and sitting around a quick-start pellet-burning stove, a fully-stocked fishing lake, pedal boat and kayaks, as well as an outdoor fireplace near a dock for grilling.

Coalmont, a small rural town located in Grundy County at the top of South Cumberland Mountains. The tiny house is only 1 hour away from Chattanooga, and 1.5 hours away from Nashville. South Cumberland State Park offers hiking and waterfalls such as Greeter Falls. Fiery Gizzard. Foster Falls. Bigfoot Adventure Tennessee zipline.
