FIFA ruled, Mbappe must leave his family out of important matters?

Kylian Mbappe will likely have to find a new representative after his biological mother and representative, Fayza Lamari, does not have a professional license.

Fayza Lamari is the biological mother and representative of player Kylian Mbappe. She is the one who takes care of the legal issues as well as the contract of this striker 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in 1998. However, according to FIFA’s latest rules, it is considered illegal for her to represent her son at this time.

On the FIFA Agent Platform, Ms. Lamari does not have a professional license nor is her name on the list of legal representatives. Therefore, she will not be able to represent any football player, and will not be able to negotiate contracts or even receive commissions of any kind.

To be granted this license, Mbappe’s mother will have to wait until at least May next year. However, during this time, Ms. Lamari could completely be denounced by other representatives if she had a hand in her son’s contracts in an unpublicized form. That could lead to an extremely severe penalty.

For that reason, if Kylian Mbappe wants to move to Real Madrid next summer or at least wants a new contract with PSG, he will need to find a new representative. In another option, Mbappe’s mother could completely complete that exam but waiting until she was granted a license, the summer market would also begin to reach its deadline.

In 2022, Mbappe also had to make his own decision about his career. Despite receiving an offer from Real Madrid, the French golden boy chose to stay. Now, without wise decisions from his mother, will Mbappe continue to lose his way?
