Boxing icon Sugar Ray Leonard slashed $2 million off the asking price of his picturesque Los Angeles mansion, adorned with ivy and boasting Tuscan-style architecture, bringing the new price tag just shy of $38 million. The luxurious eight-bedroom residence, situated in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood, was initially put on the market in 2019 by Leonard and his wife, Bernadette Robi, with an asking price of $51.995 million. Since then, the price has undergone several reductions, according to listing records. Branden Williams of Beverly Hills Estates, along with his spouse and colleague Rayni, as well as Josh and Matt Altman of the Altman Brothers at Douglas Elliman, are the listing agents overseeing the sale. Williams remarked, “Now the house is offering tremendous value.”
