Swift ended rumors about her friendship with Brittany Mahomes during the US Open

TAYLOR Swift and Travis Kelce have taken their romance to the US Open after kicking off the NFL season in Kansas City.

Kelce and the Chiefs won their opening game against the Ravens, and jetted off to New York to celebrate at the US Open.

Kelce and Swift were in the house to watch Jannik Sinner take down Taylor Fritz in the men’s final and put on a loved-up display in the stands.

The couple shared a PDA-filled day in the stands, constantly contacting each other while sitting alongside Patrick and Brittany Mahomes.

Taylor and Brittany squashed some rumors about their friendship being at risk as they were seen hugging it out in Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Swift caused rumors to swirl after not sitting next to Brittany at the Chiefs opening game after she liked a post from former president Donald Trump on Instagram.

They also suggested that Taylor opted to wear blue to the football game, in direct opposition to Brittany’s recent support of Trump and the Republican party.

It seems things are all good between them, though, as the two Chiefs couples were all smiles throughout the day.

Taylor even wore red for the occasion, contradicting the naysayers who insisted the blue outfit she wore to the Chiefs’ home opener was to dispute Brittany’s support of the red wave.

However, with so many eyes on the superstar couple, fans couldn’t help but notice that Kelce appeared to be distracted.

While his girlfriend was enjoying the stadium atmosphere and watching the game, Kelce had his phone propped up on a glass and appeared to be watching it.

The tennis match occurred on Sunday, and many fans believed Kelce was trying to keep an eye on the league while watching Skinner and Fritz play.

“He’s for sure watching football,” one fan said.

“Bro seen the Bengals take the L,” another fan said.

“I bet he’s watching the bengals game, they’re losing,” a third fan said.

“Studying bengals for next weekend,” a fourth fan said.

After winning their opening game against the Ravens, the Chiefs face off against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Bengals lost their opening game in a shock upset to the New England Patriots.

Joe Burrow only managed to throw for 164 yards and couldn’t get a touchdown pass.

The team only rushed for 70 total yards, and their sole touchdown came from a Zack Moss run.

On the other side of things, the Chiefs scored 27 points against the Ravens’ top defense, with Mahomes throwing for nearly 300 yards.

The Bengals could be in for a rude awakening against the Chiefs on Sunday.

The Chiefs play at home as well, and they will have a clear advantage as they look to start the season 2-0.
