Blake Lively brought the superhero energy to the Deadpool & Wolverine after-party on Monday night as she stepped out on the town with Ryan Reynolds and Gigi Hadid. Just hours after coordinating in a method dressing moment with her supermodel BFF at the premiere’s red carpet, the It Ends With Us actress slipped into a slinky PVC number for New York City night out. Like before, Lively appeared to subtly pay homage to her husband’s Deadpool character with a tiny latex minidress.

Featuring a color scheme that Superman would approve of, the Gossip Girl alum’s mini was made out of vinyl fabric and showcased a flirty off-the-shoulder design. The blue-and-red number featured scarlet 3-D floral embellishments along the neckline and along the sky-high asymmetrical hem, as well as a light blue, ruched body-con bodice. As Lively shared different angles of her after-party outfit, she also gave a glimpse at her matching red latex scrunchie and the dress’s lingerie-inspired lace-up detailing in the back, which ran all the way down to the hem.

The actress kept her sleek high ponytail and maroon eyeshadow from her red carpet appearance earlier that evening, simply adding a swipe of red lipstick for the after-party. She kept the accessories at a minimum, swapping out her statement chandelier earrings for subtle studs and adding a pair of red pointy-toed heels.

Her sartorial partner in crime, Hadid, showed she was Team Wolverine as she headed out wearing a completely sheer vinyl trench coat in the character’s signature bright yellow hue. The model paired the bold piece with a black bodysuit worn underneath, as well as a pair of pointy-toed mustard heels. Keeping the same Miu Miu yellow bag from her appearance at the Deadpool & Wolverine premiere, she added more yellow tones to her outfit by adding a pair of oversized gold hoop earrings. A dramatic smokey eye completed Hadid’s late night transformation.

Lively could be seen holding hands with her bestie and linking her other arm with her husband, who changed out of his suit into a more casual white tank paired with a blue shirt and navy slacks for the after-party. During the premiere, she joked that Reynolds has a habit of crashing her girls’ nights with Hadid.

“He’s such a hen,” Lively told Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet. “He can hang with men, but he’s really a hen at heart.” Fellow Taylor Swift squad member Hadid agreed, chiming in, “He loves a girls’ night and to hear all the [gossip].”
