Kim and Kayne purchased the home, located in Hidden Hills, back in 2014 for a reported £20million before revamping it.
But after the couple finalised their divorced in 2022, it looks like Kim is ready for a fresh start.
New aerial photographs reveal extensive work to the property, with a number of exterior walls pulled down.
In one snap, a room – which appears to be that of Kim’s daughter Chicago – has been completely demolished, leaving just an exposed purple wall open to the elements.
The lavish grounds surrounding Kim’s mansion also appear to be getting an overhaul, with fencing blocking off the tennis court and adjacent pool as machinery is parked up.
The house is also home to Kim and Kayne’s other 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren – North, Saint, five and Psalm.
The minimalist property boasts eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a cinema, basketball court and a huge swimming pool and is fully decorated in white, beige and cream, with Kanye, 43, taking credit for much of the property’s design.
He worked alongside Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt to complete their vision.
The property once belonged to Lisa-Marie Presley before the couple purchased it for $20m in 2013, going on to spend $40m on renovations.
Last year The US Sun revealed the Skims founder bought the four homes that surround her original mega-mansion.
She first bought the four-bed wooden home above her massive estate in December 2014 for $2.925M and wasted no time in demolishing it, replacing it with the garden, which still isn’t finished.
Five years later in February 2019, the Hulu star bought the three-bed, three-bath place above that property for $2.7million, which appears to have remained largely untouched.
And, never one to miss out on a real estate opportunity, Kim snapped up the four-bed, four-bath house further up for $2.975million the following October.
