Model Jasmine Tookes has placed her elegant home in Brentwood, Los Angeles, on the market for $6.5 million ($4.4 million USD). According to Dirt, Tookes is hoping to make a tidy profit of around $2 million, having purchased the 241-square-metre estate for $4.4 million in 2018.

With soaring ceilings, oversized windows and French doors that open onto a lush backyard, the Hamptons-style home is light-drenched and inviting. It certainly has no shortage of luxury amenities: Inside, the open-plan kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances, a six-burner range and an island with a breakfast bar. Other highlights include a luxurious main bedroom with a spa-like bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace.
