Professor Severus Snapeās (Alan Rickman) characteristics were interesting. He was not easy and mostly devoid of a smile. But can she defeat Snape?
In the film, Harry revealed that Snape was the šš¾ššer of Professor Dumbledore, for which McGonagall went after Snape and that led to the duel. Snape defended himself from the spells of the witch when the students were allĀ present in the Great Hall. He deflected McGonagallās spell and directed them towards the two Carrows behind him. Also, he refused to fight and left the premises so that no students get hurt.
Snape has immense power and mastery over Dark Art and he is very difficult to defeat. Certainly, McGonagall has been a unique and fascinating witch but her abilities may fall short to defeat Snape. The Potions Master at Hogwarts also possesses the ability to invent spells which makes him even more powerful. But fans were amazed by Snapeās sacrifice and his soft corner for the school.
