Man Utd star Bruno Fernandes pictured shopping at Tesco with his wife

Bruno Fernandes has shone since joining Manchester United and seems to be settling in just as well off the pitch as he is on it having been spotted at Tesco

Bruno Fernandes has been spotted doing some shopping and has splashed out on big name brands such as Red Bull, Coca-Cola and Andrex.

Fernandes was pictured with a trolley load as he left Tesco while his wife Ana Pinho carrying an ironing board and clothes dryer.

Fernandes has impressed in his first few appearances with the Red Devils since joining from Sporting Lisbon.

And it seems the Portuguese star isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty with the shopping either, buying a large bucket of Play-Doh.

That’s presumably for his young daughter Matilde with a 24-pack of Andrex toilet paper also spotted in Fernandes’ trolley.

The Man Utd star managed to squeeze all of the goods into his car

“His imagination and his overview, picture, is a couple of seconds ahead of many players.

“It is one of his strengths he knows what he wants to do. He can change his mind in a split-second. That composure has been important.

“I think Bruno will only improve by coming here to a stronger league, stronger opponents and stronger teammates, getting used to us.

“We want to develop that x-factor. He’s come in and impressed everyone but we don’t want to put a limit on what he can do.”
