KIM Kardashian left fans shocked with her seemingly collapsed nostril in a new TikTok with her makeup artist, Ariel Tejada.
The Kardashians star, 43, gasped and tried to cover her face when Ariel placed an aging filter over her in the video.

The clip started with Kim and Ariel cozying up to the camera.
As the video went on, fine lines started to appear on the mother of four’s forehead and around her cheeks.
Kim looked horrified as her cheeks started to droop and her plump pout thinned out.
She tried to hide her face with her hand as the aging filter imagined what she would look like in 2073 – when the Skkn founder would be 93.
Ariel, who was seen laughing next to his friend, set the clip to Elvis Presley’s song, Can’t Help Falling In Love.
He captioned it, “Hahaha she had no clue it was going to start aging her,” and added several laughing face emojis.
The video was shared on Reddit, where fans shared their shock at Kim’s resemblance to her mom, Kris Jenner, 67.
One wrote, “She looked EXACTLY like Kris,” and another added: “Left nostril collapsing like Kris.”
A third remarked on Kim’s alarm when she noticed that she looked older.
“Her stiff face didn’t even really age but she was so hyper-focused that she panicked at a fake yet subtle wrinkle,” they posted.
Kim has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors over the years.
She previously admitted to getting Botox during an interview with Allure last summer.
When asked if she’d had any work done, the reality star said, “A little bit of Botox,” pointing to the space between her eyebrows, and added that she has “chilled actually.”
She then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.
“I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”
Last month, Kim sparked concern with her seemingly wonky eye, which fans claimed was caused by too much Botox.
