Kourtney Kardashian had some extra help with her kids while she was Down Under.

On this week’s episode of The Kardashians, the Lemme co-founder and mom of four, 45, shared that while in Australia, she enlisted a nanny to help with her then-new𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 son Rocky Thirteen, whom she welcomed in November with husband Travis Barker, 48.

In a confessional, Kardashian Barker revealed why she and her drummer husband decided to have a nanny while they were in Australia for Blink-182’s tour.

“We haven’t been using a nanny or a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 nurse with Rocky at all but now that we’re in Australia, it was important to bring someone so that I could leave the house and go out with the other kids and do adventures with them,” Kardashian Barker says.

“And so, I really schedule each adventure around his nap. Then I have a window of being gone for like two and a half hours, [which] is my time where I feel like I’m ready to go back.”

In addition to son Rocky, Kardashian Barker is mom to daughter Penelope, 12, and sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 9, who she shares with ex Scott Disick. Barker is additionally a dad to Atiana, Landon and Alabama.

On last week’s episode of The Kardashians, the mom of four chatted with her long-time friend Erin Paxton about the stress she feels when it comes to balancing all seven kids between her and Barker.

“I have kids all different age ranges — preteen, teenage, adults, an infant. So I really try to set aside one-on-one time with each of my kids,” Kardashian Barker said during a confessional.

“I don’t want to miss anything. It’s like a feeling of being pulled in different directions, like wanting to be everything to everyone.”

Back in the scene, Kardashian Barker told Paxton that she’s “feeling the guilt of all the kids,” adding that she’s now a mom to “four plus three bonus.”

“And yesterday the guilt really hit where I was like, ‘Okay I have to do more with the other kids.’ So I don’t know how I’m balancing it yet,” she admitted.

In her confessional, Kardashian Barker explained that her time spent with her 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 son Rocky feels “rare,” making it harder to leave the house.

“It feels like a rare time when you have an infant and I just love this time at home. And when Travis committed to this tour, I wasn’t pregnant yet. I think the reason for going would be to keep our family together. It just feels like, am I ready?”
