Curry has had plenty of accolades in the NBA with his wife Ayesha by his side.
The pair got married in 2011 as the son of NBA icon Dell Curry currently has four NBA championships, two MVP awards, 10 All-Star selections, and now an Olympic gold medal thanks to his performance at the Paris Olympics, among others.
Steph and Ayesha started the Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation in 2019.
The non-profit organization helps give 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren access to food, learning resources, and more.
On Monday, Steph and Ayesha announced from their foundation Instagram account that the two will partner with the online education subscription platform MasterClass to gift 16,000 memberships to Oakland and San Francisco Unified School District educators and staff.
The announcement included a video message from the NBA point guard that talks about what the partnership means.
“It’s national literacy month, and we want to take a moment to celebrate and thank teachers for the critical role they play in helping our students learn, grown and improve their s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s,” Steph said.
After sending praise to education, the NBA veteran added, “Ayesha and I, along with our Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation, are excited to announce we are once again teaming up with MasterClass to celebrate all teachers, educators and administrator staff in Oakland and San Francisco Public schools.”
The MasterClass website has details concerning the services the Curry family will be gifting to educators.
The “streaming platform” will allow “anyone to watch or listen to hundreds of video lessons taught by 200+ of the world’s best” which will include “business and leadership, photography, cooking, writing, acting, music, sports” and other categories for online learning.
Steph and Ayesha also announced free memberships for educators in The City by the Bay.
The four-time All-NBA First Team player will be entering his 16th season in the league.
Steph has played with the Warriors for his whole career.
And he already has plans for life after basketball.

He has a media company, called Unanimous Media, and a youth golf tour, Underrated, among other ventures.
Steph told the outlet that he would be interested in owning an NBA team in the future.
“For me, that’s definitely on the table,” he said.
“I think I could do a pretty good job of helping sustain how great the the NBA is right now and what it takes to run a championship organization.”
