TRISTAN Thompson settled his debts with his 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 mama Jordan Craig before taking out a $1 million loan on his Los Angeles home.
The NBA player reportedly owed $224,000 in back 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 support payments in 2023 for his eight-year-old son, Prince.

But it now appears he has made things right with his former partner for the sake of their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.
A filing obtained by The U.S. Sun from the Los Angeles Recorder’s Office lists Tristan as a judgment debtor and Jordan as a judgment creditor.
The ‘release’ document states that “all matured installments” on the judgment have been satisfied as of August 1, 20124.
It states the judgment was initially ordered in 2019 and lists Thompson’s address as his new mansion in Hidden Hills.
Court documents for the former couple’s 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 support battle appear to have been sealed.
The Daily Mail previously reported Tristan, 33, began defaulting on 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 support payments in November 2022.
He was only paying half of the $40,000 per month that was agreed upon in court in 2019.
Jordan alleged he made only partial payments of $14,500 from February to August 2023, with his highest payment being $29,000.
COURT BATTLE
She claimed in court documents obtained by the outlet that he owed around $224,000 and asked the court to withhold his monthly salary until the debt was paid.
Jordan claimed in filings, “It is my belief that Tristan signed a ‘veteran’s minimum’ contract with the Cavaliers that pays him $2.7 million per year.
“The $80,000 request is certainly less than half of his monthly salary.”
The team resigned the star again this September.
It is not known what the outcome of the case was but the debt now appears to have been settled.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Jordan’s attorney and Tristan’s rep for comment.
Meanwhile, new documents show he has taken out a $1 million loan on his latest property.
Tristan snapped up a $12.5 million home just a stone’s throw away from his ex, Khloe Kardashian, with whom he also has two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, two-year-old son Tatum, and daughter True, six.
Khloe called it quits with Tristan in June 2021.
He purchased the six-bedroom Calabasas home under a trust in December 2022.
NEW HOME
The luxury home comes with a home theater, a private gym room, a refrigerated wine cellar, and a spacious five-car garage.
Other features at the property include a private pool and spa, a covered patio, and even a private half-basketball court.
New filings seen by The U.S. Sun show he took out the seven-figure mortgage on September 19.
The loan is with Vig Private Lending Inc. and he has until October 2025 to pay it back.
Tristan also pays $9,500 per month in 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 support for his three-year-old son Theo with Maralee Nichols.
Maralee’s pregnancy news tore apart his relationship with ex Khloe, and he is not believed to have any contact with Theo or his mother.
Khloe called it quits with Tristan in June 2021 but she still wanted to have a second 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 with him.
She used a surrogate, who fell pregnant around the same time news of Maralee broke.
The U.S. Sun revealed last year that Tristan had also fallen behind on payments for Theo, and a court ordered him to fork out $57,000.
Documents showed he missed his 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 support payments from September 15, 2023, to January 31, 2024, but has since paid up.
