Bernard Arnault (left) continues to top the Forbes list of the world’s richest people with a fortune of $211 billion. According to Highsnobiety, the owner of luxury group LVMH owns an extremely rare and expensive Tiffany-Blue Patek Philippe Nautilus Perpetual 5740 in his watch collection.
